Local Government Permanent Secretary Amos Malupenga says the success of the keep clean campaign depends on all citizens to observe neatly behavior.
Mr. Malupenga notes that there is a lot that needs to be done to make cities look clean, with the biggest being behavior change among members of the public.
He was speaking in Lusaka during a cleaning exercise at the ministry headquarters as part of the keep Zambia smart campaign.
