AFDB to continue investing in Africa AS annual meetings close

The African development Bank annual meetings in Lusaka have come to a close with the banks’ president hopeful that the deliberations will culminate into a better Africa.Dr. Akinwumi Adesina Adesina says the Bank will continue to invest in the continent.At the official close of the ceremony, Chairperson of the Board of governors Alexander Chikwanda has valued various contributions made during the meetings.Mr. Chikwanda, Zambia’s finance minister has since handed over the chairmanship to the next host, INDIA.
