Community development Minister Emerine Kabanshi says her Ministry is committed to ensuring that lives of children in the country are safeguarded.
Speaking at the official launch of the National Consultation under the theme Accelerating the national children`s care reform process, Ms Kabanshi says her ministry is committed to safe guard the life of children through various policy documents.
She says government has also put in place the national social protection policy which aims at securing the lives of the all vulnerable groups including children.
