Several workers at Lusaka’s Manda Hill Shopping Mall on verge of losing jobs

Several workers at Lusaka’s Mada Hill Shopping mall are on the verge of losing jobs as several shop-outlets are likely to close due to hiked rentals.

One of the affected tenants Savva Christofis says he has remained with no option but to shut his four outlets because the management at the center has doubled the rentals.

Over three hundred of his workers have already lost jobs.

Efforts to get a comment from Manda Hill Management proved futile as the phone went unanswered.
