HH Commits To Explore Tourism If Elected

UPND President Hakainde Hichilema has committed his government to exploring tourism ventures in the region so as to boost activity and create jobs in the sector, once elected in the August 11 general elections.Mr. Hichilema says Zambia is blessed with vast natural wonders that under strong and visionary leadership can be used to generate increased business activity for the benefit of local communities by transforming them into hubs of activity.Speaking when he addressed a rally at Chilubi Islands, Mr. Hichilema said there are a lot of factors that can lead to the development of the tourism sector which the UPND government will implement once in power. And United Democratic Front-UDF President Miles Sampa says Mr. Hichilema has the capacity to implement all his economic plans unlike the ruling Patriotic Front-PF which has failed to live by its many promises.Mr. Sampa says he is confident that Mr. Hichilema and his leadership will deliver on their commitments, hence the need to vote for the UPND and it’s partners in the forthcoming general elections.
