UPND President Hakainde Hichilema has expressed disappointment that Nakonde has remained under-developed despite the area generating millions of kwacha through border transactions every year.
And Mr. Hichilema says the slow process that truckers experience when clearing will end under his government.
Mr. Hichilema was speaking in Nakonde on his continued campaign trail ahead of the August 2016 elections.
The UPND leader was accompanied by Dr. Nevers Mumba, Miles Sampa, Bob Sichinga and his Running mate Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba.
