Nawakwi Calls For Unity Among Politicians

FDD leader Edith Nawakwi has called for unity among politicians if the country is to develop.
Speaking in an interview after attending a farewell service for United Church of Zambia-UCZ Reverend Bishop Mutale Mulambwe in Lusaka, Ms Nawakwi says it is now time for all Zambians especially politicians to unite for the betterment of the country.
She says politicians should not treat politics as a matter of life and death as this can cause the country to fall apart.
And speaking earlier during the Church Service, Senior Chief Inyabo Yeta implored politicians to emulate Christ if the country can develop.
The traditional leader says politicians should show humility like the church leaders for the country to reach higher heights.
Also in attendance was first Republican President Dr Kenneth Kaunda.
