Aspiring Candidates Urged To Be Explicit

Aspiring presidential candidates have been challenged to state their proposed funding for their various campaign pledges.
Action aid country director Nalucha Nganga Ziba says political leaders are fond of making loud and sweet campaign promises which are not backed by a clear tax policy.
Ms. Ziba says without a clear tax policy such pronouncements are usually unrealistic.
