Green Party Questions Relevance of Constitutional Court

The Green Party has questioned the relevance of the constitutional court if most of the constitutional related cases are being pushed to the High Court.
Party President, Peter Sinkamba says it is a share waste of resources to have office bearers not saving any purpose as most of the issues filed to the constitutional court have been thrown.
Mr. Sinkamba has also expressed concern over the phrasing of the referendum question.
Mr. Sinkamba made the remarks at a press briefing in Kitwe.
