HH Promises Improved Health Care

UPND President Hakainde Hichilema has challenged the ruling PF to establish why there are no essential medicines for treatment of patients in rural areas.
Mr. Hichilema has also questioned why the PF has failed to provide for quality healthcare services delivery in rural areas when it’s President, Mr. Edgar Lungu has claimed otherwise.
Speaking at a mammoth rally held in Lumezi rural this afternoon Mr Hichilema said that due to lack of clinics and medicine in scant rural health centers, people are resorting to using herbs in order to get cure, a situation he described as unfortunate.
Mr. Hichilema says due to that and lack clinics and among other life supporting facilities, people in rural areas are perishing.
Meanwhile the UPND President says his government will attach great importance to matters of life.
