Police Speak Tough Against Violence.

The police have warned that they will arrest any person found armed in public in a manner that causes public terror, even if such persons are licensed fire arm holders.
Inspector General of police Kakoma Kanganja has noted with concern at the increase in the use of dangerous equipment such as guns, Pangas, and catapults among others.
The police chief says with regards to political campaigns, police will not hesitate to arrest anyone found with these items.
Mr. Kanganja has further directed police officers to ensure that all those found armed in public and causing terror regardless of their political affiliation are arrested and prosecuted without delay.
