President Lungu, Special Envoy From Mozambique Confer

A special envoy from Mozambique has held talks with President Edgar Lungu at state house, on the development of a 1,200 megawatts coal fired power station.The power station is a joint project between Zambia and Mozambique under the auspices of the African Development Bank, with the support from the Japanese government.
President Lungu’s Special Assistant for Press and Public Relations, Amos Chanda says the President and his Mozambican counterpart, Felipo Nyusi are next month expected to meet to further discuss the project.
