Zambia Urged to Focus On Policy

A Consortium of Faith Based Organizations has urged Zambia to shift from politicking and focus on finding solutions to get the best out of the country’s natural resources.
Country representative Harald Sommer has observed that there is too much politics in Zambia at the expense of policy making.
Speaking at a three-day Mining Indaba in Lusaka, Mr. Sommer also said that Zambians have not been benefiting much from the extractive industry, hence the need to utilize sectors such as agriculture.
