A Lusaka based Non- Governmental Organisation has castigated Patriotic Front Deputy Spokesperson Frank Bwalya over his recent assertions that late Mapenzi Chibulo was shot by a member of the opposition UPND.
Landlords and Tenants Information and Referral Centre Executive Director Roban Muke says the PF Deputy Spokesperson should allow police to conduct thorough investigations rather than issuing statements that could provoke or hurt family members of the late.
Mr. Muke has since called on Mr Bwalya to apologise to the Chibulo Family, adding that the PF deputy spokesperson being from a ruling party should have been in the fore front to comfort the bereaved family.
