Lusaka’s Mandevu Residents Protest Over Poor Sewer System

Residents of Lusaka’s Mandevu Compound have protested over the poor sewerage system in the area.
The sewer lines are usually blocked allowing effluent into major inner roads, the problems say has been going on for a long time now.
They charge that past community leaders have not helped in this regard hence want to ensure new leaders who will develop the area are elected.
The MUVI TV NEWS crew was in the area where some officers from the Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company were on the ground trying to correct the situation.
