CSOs Team Up To End Electoral Discrimination

A consortium of civil society organizations has launched a program to enhance inclusive participation of citizens in the electoral process and end discrimination against disabled persons.
At the launch in Kafue, Foundation for Democratic Process – FODEP Executive Director Mweenge Chimfwembe said the initiative will enhance civic and political rights especially for people living with disabilities.
The initiative is being implemented by FODEP, Disability Rights Watch and Zambia Federation of Disability Organizations ZAFOD, with Support from Zambia Governance Foundation.
