DPP Still Digging In M’membe’s Docket

The Director of Public Prosecutions is still studying the docket for Post newspaper Editor in Chief Fred M’membe, his wife Mutinta and Deputy Managing Editor, Joseph Mweenda.
The trio was arrested for allegedly attempted to gain entry into the newspapers premises after an order from the tax appeals tribunal allowed them to continue with its operations.
Meanwhile, the tax appeals tribunal has ordered both the post and the Zambia Revenue Authority to comply with its orders in a previous ruling rendered on the seizure of the company’s assets.
