Mental Patient Spend Years Locked Up In A House

A mental patient of Lusaka’s Kalinga-Linga Compound has spent the last four years locked up in a house.
28 year old Kubukilani Banda is living in confinement, with his guardian claiming this is in a bid to avoid him destroy other people’s property.
His grandmother Mary Banda says Chainama Hospital has refused to take in patient.
