Over 1,000 Dog Bites Recorded In Lusaka In First Half Of 2016

More than one thousand dog bites have been recorded in Lusaka in the first half of 2016.
Lusaka City Council Public Relations Manager Habeenzu Mulunda says some of the bites involve dogs that have either not been vaccinated or those not confined within premises by the owners.
Mr Mulunda has further observed that there are still many dogs not registered with the Local Authority in the capital.
