Upnd Seeks Court Intervention In Flights Grounding

The UPND is seeking an order from the court to compel the Zambia air force to issue flight permits for their campaign officials.
According to a judicial review filed in the Lusaka high court UPND secretary General Steven Katuka wants the court to also quash the ZAF decision to cancel the approved flight permit issued to them on June 18th 2016 without concreate reason.
The ZAF ordered the united air charter, a company chartered by the UPND officials to return back to Lusaka after cancelling the flight permits.
