Water Crisis Hits Lusaka’s Chelstone Township

Water crisis has hit Chelstone Township in Lusaka.
Residents say they started experiencing water blues in the year 2014 and that the problem has now worsened.
At the moment, a limited number of houses receive water although not on a regular basis.
They are also not happy with the Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company which has continued to serve them high water bills.
