Failed Referendum Continues Attracting Widespread Condemnation

The failed Referendum has continued attracting widespread condemnation in the country as the future remains bleak on the prospect of enhancing the controversial Bill of Rights.
The results which have upset some cross sections of society are seen as an unprogressive mentality among Zambians who are seemingly accused of propagating political agenda to undermine policies implemented to improve welfare of the citizenry.
