Partisan Chipata Central CDF Chairperson Refuses To Resign

Chipata Central Constituency Development Fund-CDF Chairperson Philemon Mwale has refused to resign from his position after his partisan stance in the just ended elections.
Mwale was in the MMD/PF Campaign team in which he strongly supported losing Chipata Central MP Rueben Mtolo Phiri.
His refusal comes after facing a challenge from Maxon Nkhoma a civil society activist who has asked that Mwale resigns.
Nkhoma says the continued stay of Mwale in office will compromise the developmental programes in the Constituency.
