Political Fights At Lusaka’s Soweto Market Saddens Lusaka District Administration

The Lusaka District Administration has noted with disappointment reported fights at Soweto market involving cadres from two political parties.
Few days ago some suspected PF cadres allegedly fought with UPND cadres chasing the latter from their trading stands.
Lusaka District commissioner Davison Mulenga says such acts should not be tolerated in the District as they have potential to destabilize productivity.
Captain Mulenga says every Zambian has the right to trade without intimidation no matter their political affiliation.
