Court Adjourns Fourth Revolution Leader Eric Chanda’s Defamation Case

The Lusaka Magistrates Court has adjourned the matter where fourth revolution leader Eric Chanda is jointly charged with two Post Newspaper Journalists Mukosha Funga and Joan Chirwa for defamation of the President.
Appearing before Senior Resident Magistrate Jenipher Bwalya, the trio was scheduled for plea but did not due to the absence of the trial court.
The matter comes up on august 18, 2016.
