High Court Grants UPND ex-Parte Order To Challenge ECZ Over Unverified Results

The Lusaka High Court has confirmed an ex-parte order that was granted to the UPND to challenge the Electoral Commission of Zambia-ECZ for proceeding to announce the presidential results without verifying.
Despite the declaration of the winner, the UPND has been given an opportunity to challenge ECZ on why they refused to recount the ballots cast in light of the man who was allegedly caught hacking the IT saver for the ECZ.
