Some Luapula CSOS Bitter Over Failed Referendum

Several Civil Society Organizations in Luapula Province are bitter over the failed referendum.
They have stated that Zambians have robbed themselves a greater opportunity to have their rights enhanced.
The Southern Africa Center for Constructive Resolutions of Disputes –SACCORD co-Coordinator in Luapula Province Henery Mulenga has stated that the many mixed feeling people had over the bill of rights contributed to the failure of the referendum to go through.
And Chairperson for youth advocates Samuel Mwansa says Zambians have stolen from themselves for failing to vote YES in the referendum.
