Zambians Urged To Create Enabling Environment For People With Disabilities

Zambians have been challenged to create an enabling environment for people with disabilities.
Harold Mweene a senior officer at the Ministry of Tourism and Arts says operators of various facilities should accommodate people with special needs, especially vulnerable children.
Mr. Mweene said this when he welcomed children with physical needs who were invited for a one day interaction at the Livingstone Art Gallery.
