Former Mumbwa Member of parliament, Brian Chituwo has regretted that most councilors go in to office to enrich themselves and not to serve the people.
He has since urged councilors in Mumbwa to desist from the temptation of grabbing land for themselves as has been the case in the past.
Dr. Chituwo was speaking during the council inauguration ceremony held at Mumbwa civic center.
