Government says the country is grappling with challenges of reconciling different land uses and management of conservation areas.
Acting Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Land, Lenox Kalonde disclosed this during a presentation of a conservation blue print.
And Director of Forestry, Ignitius Makumba says there is need to create a sustainable and effective policy that will ensure that resources are well utilized.
