LCC Suspend Players Over Allowances

Struggling Division One outfit Lusaka City Council Football Club have sent three players on an indefinite suspension following their protest over unpaid salaries and training allowances.
The players have told Muvi that the club has suspended them without any proper reasons.
The players say they are disappointed with management’s decision to suspend them without telling them when they will get back to play.
The suspended players are team captain Remmy Tembo, Zulian Phiri and Alfred Musonda
In August this year the club admitted having not paid the players their salaries and training allowances.
Efforts to speak to the team management proved futile as they were not available.
