Police Investigating Internet Defraud Suspects

The Zambia Police is investigating a matter in which some criminals are using the internet to defraud unsuspecting citizens.
Police Spokesperson Esther Mwaata Katongo says numerous complaints have been reported of people being conned out of money, especially through facebook.
She says the criminals who have been impersonating prominent figures like the First Lady Esther Lungu and some Government Officials are advising people to deposit money, promising to secure them employment.
