Renowned Economist Professor Oliver Saasa has called for implementation of government policies if the country’s economy is to recover.
Prof. Saasa says it is sad that most policies are never implemented as pronounced.
And Prof. Saasa has described government’s ambitious programme of creating about one million jobs as unrealistic.
Meanwhile, Kalomo Member of Parliament Harry Kamboni says government should move away from the habit of depending on donors at the expense of coming up with initiatives aimed at bringing resources to the country.
