Lusaka Central Constituency Election Petition Hearing Commences

Lusaka Central Constituency election petition has commenced in the Lusaka High Court with UPND losing candidate Charlotte Scott arguing that PFs Margaret Mwanakatwe had undue influence during the campaign period due to her status as Commerce Minister.
Mrs. Scott says she was greatly disadvantaged as her opponent was using state resources such government vehicles as she was illegally occupying the ministerial position.
Meanwhile, Munali Member of Parliament Nkandu Luo has dismissed the allegations of election malpractice leveled against her.
