Lusaka’s Matero Constituency Mwembeshi Ward Councillor Kelvin Kaunda has threatened to expose culprits behind the land illegality opposite Forest Compound.
Mr Kaunda who visited the said land in the company of his ward Chairperson was not happy that some unscrupulous people have even started constructing shops on the land.
However, those doing the constructions have defended themselves, saying the land was offered to them under the late former President Michael Sata in the year 2012.
Meanwhile, another land has been illegally sold by unknown people at Matero’s Independence Market.
The land has been sold together with a public toilet.
