Ex National Assembly Motel Employee Sues For Alleged Wrongful Dismissal

A former employee of National Assembly has sued his employer for wrongful dismissal.
In this case Clifford Bwalya has sued his former employer for dismissing him from National Assembly Motel bar where he worked as a barman for a period of 15 years.
Bwalya was fired on allegations of alleged manipulation, altering and falsifying of information for personal gains.
In his statement of claim filed in the High Court, Bwalya refuted the allegations saying there is no evidence that is connected to him in the whole issue.
Bwalya contends that he suffered loss due to the allegations and is now claiming for damages of wrongful and unfair dismissaland any other relief the court may deem fit.
