CITAM plus says there is need for Zambia to ensure its actions domestically are consistent with the international efforts to fight Tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS and Malaria.
CITAM Plus Executive Director, Carol Kachenga says there is need to reverse the trend and increase overall national budget for health as well as complete construction of the promised 650 health posts.
She says her organization is however pleased that the Zambian government has made a pledge of 3 Million US Dollars over a period of 3 years towards the Global Fund to Fight Tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS & Malaria.
