The debate sparked by the ruling PF’s proposal to extend the Presidential tenure of office from five years to seven has deepened.
Governance activist, McDonald Chipenzi says Zambians should not take the matter lightly because parliament can easily alter the constitution.
Mr. Chipenzi further say the proposal is democratically, politically and socially unfair to the Zambians.
Recently, PF Member of the Central Committee Paul Moonga announced the proposal to change the tenure of office for the presidency to seven years.
