K40,000 Spent On Unfinished Chelstone Clinic Projects

Lusaka’s Chelstone Health Centre and Kanyama Clinic have been cited by the Auditor General’s report for funds misappropriation.
Chelstone Clinic is said to have paid 40 Thousand Kwacha for the construction of a fence, drainage and soak away despite the contractor only managing to construct a fence out of the whole project.
And at Kanyama clinic 16 000 Kwacha was spent to rehabilitate the out-patient department, which was shoddily done.
