Livingstone City Council Struggling To Prevent Illegal Land Allocations

At a time when the Livingstone City Council is struggling to win back public confidence over land scandals the local authority has allegedly failed to prevent illegal land allocation.
The latest discovery by Muvi TV News reveals that despite a government order stopping construction of houses on illegal land involving about fifty plots one individual has gone ahead to construct a house.
The finding has seemingly made some senior officials jittery who wonder why the named builder defied the law in full view of council management.
