Lusaka’s John Howard Traders Bemoan Slow Market Construction Works

Traders at Lusaka’s John Howard Market have bemoaned the slow pace by the contractor engaged to construct a new market shelter.
The marketeers are appealing to the relevant authority to ensure that the construction of the market is complete before the rain season.
And area councilor Peter Kafula says the delay in completing the project is due to challenges faced by previous contractors.
