Lusaka’s Makeni Villa Residents Appeal Against Demolition Of Their Houses

Residents of Lusaka’s Makeni Villa have appealed against a high court judgement which has ordered for the demolition of their houses.
Christopher Mikosa and 27 others who are representing the residents says the lower court erred in law and fact when it ruled that Mr. Chuundu is the owner of the land when he holds no certificate of title to the two farms in question.
The High Court recently ruled in favor of Benny Chuundu and ordered for the demolition of the houses illegally built on the land.
