The Ndola City Council has collected the huge piles of garbage outside New Masala Clinic.
However, the development has not impressed some residents of Masala who insist that the clinic should be closed because of the poor sanitation outside.
The residents are calling on the local authority to come up with a long term solution to garbage disposal at the site.
