Over 20 Solwezi Schools May Not Conduct Ict Examinations

Pupils from over 20 Schools in Solwezi district of North-western Province may not sit for the grade nine Information Communication Technology due to lack of computers at their schools.
A check at the schools indicated that the population of pupils exceeds the recommended One to Six ratio as proposed by the examination body.
The pupils that have been learning ICT since grade eight may have to proceed to the next grade minus being examined in this subject.
