Uncollected Garbage At New Masala Clinic Angers Ndola Residents

Masala residents have questioned the Ndola City Council’s resolve for a clean city when it has allegedly failed to collect the garbage outside New Masala Clinic.
The residents are frustrated with the local authority’s alleged failure to maintain a clean environment as stated in its mandate.
They have since urged health inspectors to visit the clinic and recommend a shutdown as the environment is polluted.
But Council Public Relations Officer Louis Thole has accused the residents of being careless.
Mrs Thole says most residents have refused to pay garbage collection fees but have resorted to dumping garbage outside the clinic.
