Vice President Inonge Wina has apologized to Komboni Radio Director, Lesa Kasoma Nyirenda over the brutal attack she suffered at the hands of police officers.
Speaking in Parliament Ms. Wina says she was not well informed about the incident at Komboni radio last week when she responded to the question.
She says after collecting more information on the incident, she has established that the action by the officers was excessive.
