Zombe Farm Squatters Given Ultimatum

Residents of Zombe Farm in Lusaka west have been given a fifteen days ultimatum to vacate the land on which they had built their now demolished houses.
This comes after Minister of Lands Jean Kapata paid a visit to Office of the President’s College but avoided addressing the residents who were eagerly waiting for her.
The resident have been camping on the disputed land since the demolition about a month ago.
Ministry of lands spokesperson Diniwe Zulu confirmed that no one will be allowed on the land at the end of the ultimatum.
