Chiefs Propose Constitution Re-Amendment

The house of chiefs has demanded for the re-amendment of to allow the traditional leaders participate in full council meetings.
House of Chiefs, Chairperson Chief Ntambu of the Lunda speaking people says traditional leaders must be considered in matters of national governance.
He made the remarks during the official opening of chief’s Indaba in Kabwe.
However, Chief Mwata Kazembe of the Bemba speaking people in his submission quashed the idea of amending the constitution just to allow chiefs to be full council members.
