Confusion reigned at the Dola Hill plots in Ndola, after bailiffs forced workers of land developer, Ronald Kombe out of the premises.
The bailiffs were using a writ of possession to pave way for a Chinese national, to take the premises.
The bailiffs, who are representing the Chinese national, forced the workers out of Mr. Kombe’s premises before ordering a stop to the construction.
Mr. Kombe labored to explain that the bailiffs wrongly served him the writ of possession.
Mr. Kombe bought the land in 2012.
