Dola Hill Land Demolition Victims To Sue Chinese Firm

Some land developers say they will sue Chinese firm, Mineral Junxion and Transport following a demolition of their structures which they formally acquired.
Enerst Lufunda, whose wallfence was demolished together with Muvi TV Director of Sales and Marketing Ronald Kombe’s building, is angered by the Chinese decision to destroy the property.
Mr Lufunda says him and other developers have title to the land which they got earlier than former Lands Minister Gladys Lundwe, who later sold it to a Chinese only identified as Linda.
He says it is shocking that the then Ndola Town Clerk demarcated the land which has titles belonging to them.
Meanwhile, a letter from the Registrar of Lands Northern region dated January 26 2015 confirmed that the land developers properly obtained titles for their land contrary to assertions from Ms. Lundwe.
